Add the slide number to the url, to make it possible to link to specific slide.

Add the slide number and maybe even the mode (normal or index sheet) to the url, update it as the presentation progresses and check the information given in the url when the document is opened. This should allow people to link to a particular slide in the presentation. Thanks to Jos Hirth for this suggestion.
