Jenga Note - Preliminary Database Schema Design

This is the Database schema for the core note, user, user group and access control layer (permissions table). This is a temporary measure to implement for user interface testing. Future versions of JengaNote should seek a purely RDF triplestore solution (such as Jena, Sesame or Cholesterol)
