Appointment of a testing coordinator

I am looking for someone to take on the
responsiblity of organizing and reporting testing.
I am overwhelmed with the code, classes, work, and
my CCIE LAB coming up. I am trying to balance this
all... But there is no way I can organize the testing
at this point. I would love to do it, but It will be alot
easier for admin and myself, if someone stepped up
and assisted us. It is the only way I can accurately make
sure all changes work, and we are sure things do what
