Cleaning up the list(s) of available roomranges

We currently have 2 lists in 2 separate locations, and neither is up-to-date. The lists need revised into one single, updated list which can be easily referenced for #s available to assign.

I'm finished with rooms. I'm a good portion into objects now. Mobs are next. I have notated which .wld files have corresponding .zon files as well.
Finished woth objects. Starting on mobs.
Finished with mobs.
Updated list of room ranges for box.
Deleted the old lists. Archived some old zones. They are saved in the area directories as, for example, 106.mob.akv.
