Immortal Command Review

I think that it's probably been a really long time since we sat down and went through the Immortal commands to ensure that the right levels have the necessary commands to complete the tasks in game assigned to them. I think that we should go through each level 31 to 39 and determine if any commands need to be added or removed to the various Immortal levels.
