t should be possible to create an identical swf file as the js-html5 renderer, and to switch to flash in cases where the plugin is available and more desirable' or as a fallback should the user's browser not support HTML5

Bootstrapping code will first check 'webgl-experimental', 'webgl', '2d' and finally drop down to 'swf'. More code is needed to manipulate this, a means for loading swf still doesn't exist.
