NARS Implementation

Provide both integrated and stand-alone NARS support
* as a stand-alone system, functionally equivalent to current Open-NARS implementation (including all its GUI windows).
* as integrated with other JCog systems, share certain GUI components and functionality. (Open-NARS's GUI suggests a standard set of "AGI widgets", some of which apply to OCP functionality.)

Development tasks:
* continue componentizing all "static" structures already existent in Open NARS
* integrate NARS memory to use AtomNet interface, and provide separable Maps (ex: NARSTruth mapping). A NAR reasoner instance operates on a particular AtomNet's and associate NARSTruth mapping.
