Interactive 3D AtomNet Space

For visualizing AtomNet's in 3D space (using SpaceTime packages adapted from jReality scenegraph). Support multiple presentation and interaction models. Intended to become a primary means of interacting with JCog.

* auto-zoom to atoms, and neighbors
* expanding / unfolding atoms to discover more detail
* embedding of contextual "fractal" widgets and popups on surfaces of rendered atoms
* creation of new atoms and adapters to external systems and protocols
* navigation modes: first-person, NSEW+UD, ...
* mouse, keyboard controls
* 3D visualization options as reified atoms that emerge out of 3D space itself
* multiple windows. embed windows as JPanel amongst other swing widgets (ex: interactive console)
* pluggable atom animated-geometric models: force-directed, physics-based, etc...

Begin with emulating all features of UbiGraph, which is presently used to visualize OpenCog AtomSpace:
