Add tools to automatically generate API documentation

The jarmon.js source code contains fairly comprehensive API documentation. I just need to find a tool to automate the generation of HTML API docs.

 * YUI Doc (http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/yuidoc/) looks most promising as it understands the same keys as epydoc, generates smart looking html and it's written in Python
 * jsdoc-toolkit (https://code.google.com/p/jsdoc-toolkit/) understands the same syntax but not as well documented
 * dojo api documenter (http://www.dojotoolkit.org/reference-guide/util/doctools/markup.html#util-doctools-markup) uses a weird syntax and requires PHP tools to create docs
