Must have for first release:
1) Get all downloads + status (total/downloaded size, protocol, origin, filename, unique ID, DL speed, status)
2) Get advanced status for a single download (file listing, file type, peers, seeds and stuff, UP speed) (by ID)
3) Start/Stop/Resume download (by ID)
4) Manage speed limits
