Migrate FAQ from iuscommunity.org to LP Answers

Right now there are Frequently Asked Questions up on http://iuscommunity.org. I don't necessarily think they shouldn't be there, however I would like to copy them to the LaunchPad Answers sections as FAQ's. The FAQ's on iuscommunity.org are more project/history/about related so I think some if not most of them should stay there... however all technical FAQ's are coming into LP Answers so I want to make sure the originals are visible in LP as well.
