ITA Team Weekly Meetings

As per [19-April-2014] Weekly Meeting for ITA Team Leaders, it has been agreed and approved to:

ITA Team Weekly Meeting starting from 19th of April, 2014 will be between ITA Founders and ITA Sub-Team Leaders.

What about the other members?
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
(A) IF a member is part of any Sub-Team ( https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ita/+spec/ita-subteams-phase1 ) and that Sub-Team has a Team Leader >> THEN >> each Team Leader is authorized to have a meeting for his/her team.

(B) IF a member is part of any Sub-Team ( https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ita/+spec/ita-subteams-phase1 ) and that Sub-Team has NO Team Leader >> THEN >> that member can follow up with the emails and/or posts the founders will communicate to them.

(C) IF a member is NOT part of any Sub-Team ( https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ita/+spec/ita-subteams-phase1 ) it means he/she is NEW to ITA Team >> THEN >> NO meetings are required but they do need to follow up with all the written communications that the founders will communicate to everyone.

Why this sudden change in the plan?

(1) Simply because this is the way it should be.
