Rewrite AMT driver in pure python

The AMT driver is currently based on openwsman, which doesn't work with our concurrency model: https:/
This breaks any sort of concurrency, as well as the agent deploy driver.
It's also reported that AMT drops connections sometimes, so we'll probably need some retries.
Also also, it's reported that our AMT driver only works with AMT v7(?). We should support more versions of AMT.
