Optimize ironic ssh driver

Virsh virt-type from ssh driver uses direct SSH connection to node and execute virsh commands. Virsh natively supports different types of transports like tls, unix, ssh, tcp. SSH connection is not always available dues to security reasons. It would be great if driver support other connection types than ssh.
