Remove sensor record index from IPMI Sensor Id

The ipmitool driver currently names sensors using the Sensor ID it gets back from running ipmitool -v. The ipmitool Sensor ID name contains a post fix of " (0x##)" which is not really part of the actual IPMI Sensor ID. I would like to have the " (0x##) removed by the ipmitool driver so that sensors are always named by their Sensor ID only. This change in naming will enable correlation of sensors between multiple sensor providers. No change is needed to the ipminative driver as it already uses the actual IPMI Sensor ID
