Support for root device hints

Support at least some of http://specs.openstack.org/openstack/ironic-specs/specs/kilo-implemented/root-device-hints.html by parsing full inventory provided by IPA.

We need to switch to IPA to happen before, so that we no longer improve our bash ramdisk. We will only be able to support model and size hints with the current IPA inventory, we may add others later.
