Fetch node data from external CMDB

Currently Ironic Inspector workflow requires the inspected node to be
already registered with Ironic, with at least some node info already set.
Real-life deployments usually have a Configuration Management DataBase (CMDB)
deployed that is already populated with such data,
and Inspector might use it as well.
