Discover all of baremetal node data automatically

Currently, we can get nodes' information by using Inspector, so that a part of information needed to create ironic node and port can be gotten automatically.
But we still need to register other information manually - driver, IPMI address, IPMI credential data(username, password), MAC address.
The original purpose of Inspector is reduce cost/time to register node data.
So that, in order to realize this purpose, all of node data should be gotten automatically and be registered to database.
