Preconnect GHOST and RELEASE

After identification w/ Services via SASL, client would send NICK, and if NICK was in use, client would send GHOST <nick>. If you'd be allowed to PRIVMSG NickServ :ghost <nick>, then Services will kill the nickname, have you connect w/ it's nick/info, then autorejoin you to all channels the ghost was in, as well as giving you any/all status modes the bot had in a channel at the time.
