Additional scripts: hex2dump, hexmerge

It will be useful to have additional scripts those are used intelhex library, especially hex2dump and hexmerge.
hex2dump should visualize content (full or partial) of some hex file (using IntelHex.dump);
hexmerge should provide a way to compose several hex files to new one (analogue to srec_cat; using IntelHex.merge).
