Read/write C data (int, float, string)

Need to implement convenience methods to read/write C data (as int, float or strings) from IntelHex object by given address. IntelHex should support little (default) and Big endian, different data types length (int8-int32/int64, float32, double64, arbitrary null-terminated string).
This feature makes IntelHex16bit class less valuable.
