snap magnetic to the grid

Using snap in Inkscape has no effect on the Grid lines on the background when we show grid, Snap should allow magnetic stick to the corner of the grid so it can make drawing easier and more accurate regarding to the Grid

I'm not sure what you mean. Have you tried the "always snap" radio button on the "snap" tab in the document properties dialog? If this is not what you're looking for, then please explain it more clearly.

BTW, what version are you using? In recent development builds we have some new preferences, see preferences -> snapping. Have you tried setting the snap delay to zero?

It was already possible to snap to the grid with 0.46, and 0.47 now provides a new snap bar, which should make it even easier.
