UI - having a bigger canvas size to work

having the different bars (tools, options for tools, palettes, dialogs) hidden can increase the canvas size more place for working). This proposal keep the position of the actual bars, but hide them when the user is on the canvas. The bars appear when the mouse is on the border of the canvas. This config can be optionnal, so the classical interface stays with the same shape than today
