Visual bounding box based on pixels more than zero opacity

Registered by ivan louette

In Inkscape 0.48 devel and previous releases objects visual bounding box isn't defined on basis of what is seen on screen : when using filters it's based on filters area and when using masks it's based on masked objects bounding box.

While these two particular cases of bounding boxes may be useful, illustration drawing needs much more a true wysiwyg visual bounding box which corresponds to the limits of the area containing non zero opacity pixels.

That would be specially useful when working with objects filtered by several overlaid filters because then the resulting filters area exceeds often very widely the non zero opacity area.
