Feature Request: Text Wrap Tool

Hi There! I design T-shirts and I am missing Text wrap tool. Inkscape have write on path feature but it is not that much effective like in-built text wrap tool. The similar feature already existed in GIMP (Under Filter> Distort> Curve Bend). Is this possible to create the similar feature for text? I am attaching the mockup - https://imgur.com/a/ocZwF6i .
