Scribus based PDF export improvement

The goal is to give parameters in the PDF export dialog in order to:
1. Draw crop marks, bleed marks registration marks, page information and a color box.
2. Decide which fonts to include,
3. Resize linked graphics to a desired DPI and compression method.
4. Set desired output color format Screen/Web, Print or Grayscale.
Copying Scribus's PDF export dialog would be a good start.
See also PrintingMarks extension and discussion for more details and possible features.
