Option to keep original path in Offest LPE

Enhancement to the existing Offset Live Path Effect to allow the original path to be preserved, so that both it and the offset can be seen at the same time without having to duplicate the original path. (Compare to the Mirror Symmetry LPE, where there is an option to discard the original path or preserve it.)
