Move the point of coordinate origin by dragging the crossing point of the rulers

The point of coordinate origin should be changeable similar to the way it is handled in OpenOffice Draw. There, one can drag the point where the rulers cross to some point in the drawing (including snapping to objects etc.). Also, this point of origin should be settable with numbers (relative to the current page). This would make exact alignment more easy in a lot of cases.
