Layer guides
Inkscape will be much more organized if we had layer guides. A layer guide would be a layer only visible to the user but not in the exported png file and nor in the final SVG file(viewed by web browsers or SVG Viewer programs). This feature can be really interesting when we need to text type to tell other users what a simbol is and what is its heigh and width, or where to put some other simbol, if its transparent or not, but we dont want it to appear in other place other than 'editing mode'(inside Inkscape). This feature is originally from Macromedia Flash 8 (from Studio 8).

22-JUN-2008 Pajarico: do you think a per-layer "print/do not print" switch would do?
27-JUN-2008 Pajarico: Addendum: By that I mean that the print/do not print switch allows each layer to be exported/
18-OCT-2010 VictorWestmann: Yes! That would do and would be really useful. Thanks.
01-OCT-2016 VictorWestmann: I'm sorry about this guys. The description is a little bit confusing. If I remember this idea I'll republish it with a lot of description. This is a little bit cryptic to understand. Sorry about this.
