Set position rules for magnet system

Actually there are 3 types of grid magnetization :
border width center magnetization
border width external limit magnetization
border width internal limit magnetization
But there is no way to say, I want this kind of magnetization.
As a result, there is many alignment problem when inksape is used for diagram.
A simple radio choice can fix it I suppose.
