Allow optionally fixing font sizes when resizing by a button

As there is a button to keep the width of the stroke coupled when the object is scaled (and you can decide either to set it or not), it would be useful to add a button to keep font sizes scaled when you scale selections that contain text objects.

Sometimes, I want a scale a part of a drawing (or a complete drawing), but I want the font sizes not to be scaled with the scale modification, so it would be nice to have that locked via a button of the upper-right corner (near Affect:)
