External Template for pdf_tex file

Johan B. C. Engelen wrote the new LaTeX export for PDF/EPS/PS. The template for the generated pdf_tex file is constant and included in the source code (bool LaTeXTextRenderer::setupDocument). It would be very useful if this pdf_tex file could be customized to add LaTeX commands in every exported figure. This behaviour can´t be done using the preamble option.
