Eyedropper color selector.

If you open up gimp and it's color selector, you can see an "eyedropper" icon next to the HTML notation input. If you press it, the color become that of whatever you click on your screen. When editing in Inkscape I always have to open up gimp just for this function. I guess it can be easily copied?
PS. I know this function is in the toolbar, but it only checks colors in the image, not in other parts of the screen, and it only changes the fill color. It would be better if it was part of the color picker.

2016-10-10 VictorWestmann: could you elaborate more on that? Does this option not work outsite of the program? Like when you enable this feature and can minimize the app and still seek for colors? Is that it?
