A Friendly GUI for Guy

Possibility to customize the toolbars (see OpenOffice and Epiphany).
Possibility to place two toolbars on the same row.
Tollbars ability to move vertically, horizontally, left and right.
Ability to create new toolbars, mixing options from the default toolbars.
To turn toolbars is "Align and distribute objects", "Text and Font", "stroke style", "layer"
The ability to disable (and not to start opening the program), the filters and disable them one by one the extensions.
