Align an object relative to page if only that single object is selected.

When only a single object is selected, align it to page if the setting under "relative to" requires more than one object selected ( last-selected, first-selected etc). This way users can leave the "relative to" setting to say "last-selected" and not bother changing it when aligning a single object to page which is also a very common task.
