Advanced bitmap export options

The current (Inkscape 0.92) bitmap export dialog misses some interesting options:
 - dithering;
 - antialiasing configuration (and the possibility to disable it);
 - color depth;
 - compression;
 - interlacing;
 - greyscale;
 - black and white;
 - with or without alpha channel;
 - ...
