I installed r9873 and it works

I tested the extensions and I'm delighted to say most that I tried worked.

One that didn't work and gave an error that may be related to this bug was:
Visualize Path/Measure Path

The error it gave:
Inkscape has received additional data from the script executed. The script did not return an error, but this may indicate the results will not be as expected.

I made a list of the other ones that didn't work for me. That could be because I wasn't using them properly or that there is an issue with the extension itself or maybe because of this bug we're dealing with here. Anyway for what its worth here is the list:

Arrange/restack
render/parametric curve
Modify Path/convert to dashes
Modify Path/fractalize
Text/Convert to braille
Vizualize Path/Draw Handels
Generate from Pat/ Interpolate
