yes, on Windows with rev 21612, I have the same problem :
Could not locate file: file:///C:/WINDOWS/Temp/spiro_smooth.PNG

Unfortunately, this doesn't work on 0.46 stable release either. On 0.46 stable I get a zip file output with no error messages, but when I try to open it, it says "not a valid archive"
