    I just ran this new version on Windows XP. It looks good to me! I got the attached zip file with no error messages.
    Unfortunately, the zip file appears to be the same as the one I uploaded yesterday, it is empty. However, that is a separate issue. (So, is this empty zip file a Windows-specific problem?)
    Also the reference to latin-1 encoding appears to be hardcoded into the Python file, this could probably be made to be selectable, if desired.
