Inferno IRC Bot

This is the Bot-part of Inferno. It parses the audio requests and the text. Then it executes commands.
For example: It read voice::{{text:OP Daniel0108;}}. Then it executes OP Daniel0108, and Daniel0108 gets opped in the channel.

Daniel Bugl has already created a branch for the irc bot.
The irc bot is written in Python. It works with sockets and sends/gets data from the IRC server.
The messages the bot gets are like: voice::
The voice gets a key by openMary. Probably needed later. For parsing feelings and saving voice keys to know if it's the same person.
