Support for several CPU

Add a new sensor for each CPU in the system and show the usage of them. If the CPU does not exist, it show N/A. The sensor will have the format of {cpuN} where N is the number of cpu. 0 is the mininum.
I.e. {cpu1} It show the usage of the second CPU.
