recognize between a mail or pidgin notification

I think would be a great idea to creat another kind of green circle for new mails, because sometimes you want to know if a new email arrives but you are not interested if someone enter to the chat or not in pidgin that happens more often...so if you, for example, put a yellow circle o what ever you can recognize it is a pdgin notification o a evolution....another idea is to put the number of new mails arrive
