Periodically genarate reports and email them to particular users email addresses.
This feature will enable the system to periodically generate custom reports in excel/pdf and forwad them to predefined users email addresses.

We can use the email address on the user table, that means one must have an account in HRIS to receive the emails alerts..
How do i go about adding the use cases on the wiki?
