content filter for Ichthux

Ichthux should come with an internet content filter that is ready to go and easy to administer. Perhaps dansguardian or willow-ng would work.

Since Ichthux focuses on KDE, it would be great to see if willow-ng can be ported to Qt. Just a thought ;)
