Remove i8kbuttons

i8kbuttons is obsolete inside i8kutils nowadays. In an next release, the intention is to remove i8kbuttons and any related piece. If this utility is still in use by anyone using a modern Dell laptop with a recent distibution, it will be great to hear from.
