Dashboard Reports
Provide a new "Dashboard" page to the web-interface of this iHRIS Suite of software. This dashboard should be expected to contain 4-6 reports targeted to the user. The chosen view for the report (table/chart/etc) should be loaded dynamically using AJAX to minimize the load time of the page -- this may be done either on page load or on user initiation by clicking a button to "load the report"
There should also be a web-interface iHRIS administrator should be able to configure dashboard report reviews on a "per-user" and "per-role" basis.

For a very long time within our iHRIS team we communicate via e-mails to give update of the things which are supposed to be done and by when. But for some reason i ve noticed that its not all the time we manage to do all those activities as agreed because of sending mails one after the other for the tasks to be done. So to reduce that if we can have some tool that we can dump all the acitivities in it and a check list for completed/pending items. It would be helpful for anyone to check if whoever that was assigned for a particular task has done it or still lacking behind. This tool could be able to run reports that say "To do list", "Pending list", "Completed list", "Weekly tasks".etc
