save data table before running, and restore after running

Save the state of the data table before running, and then restore after running. This is only an issue once running starts altering the data structure.
Note: may want to do this in the reader itself, as it will be useful to have this functionality for "restart".
Could either make a copy of data table, or force user to save before running?
