allow linking from anywhere node

Students observed that once you're in an anywhere node, "you're stuck in anywhere nodes". One solution which would allow more mixing of anywhere nodes and regular nodes is to allow linking from anywhere nodes. Note that this would be a rather drastic rethink, and would require merging of the 2 graph views. May want to consider "anywhere links" instead of "anywhere nodes"?
