[teongleong] (TODO)(alex specify UI) choice links: web version, java version, and in editor
- add "new choice link" button in node editor
- only enabled when text entry is at end of the text
- shows as a button in editor and in reader
- name of link is used as button label (may want to change this later)
- need to be able to change the order of buttons in editor
- select and edit same as other links
- cannot have "show in popup" action
