Clock Applet (Time Applet)

Allow the Clock Applet to show regular and military time at once. Also, if many time zones are needed, it should be scrollable instead of extending down to the panel and making it un-viewable. Also, each time zone should have a dashboard that is active when your cursor is pointed at it. And the dashboard could show the weather in that country.
